Aw, shucks

5 star rating I recently shopped around Austin to find a new scooter for me. I am in my Sixties and was looking for a safe, good looking scooter to drive around my area. After much searching I came to Scooter Revolution. A smaller dealership who specializes in scooters. I went to Scooter Revolution and met Grady Atkins (owner) and his associate Zach. After spending some great quality time with me and my wife, answering question after question I knew this was the right shop to buy my scooter. I bought a QLink 150cc Pegasus from Grady. Not only was Grady even-tempered (since I am a class A personality) he really made us feel like we could trust his expertise. He delivered the scooter out to my home (some 30 miles) and also sent his assistant Zach out again to my home to help answer some additional questions. I can only recommend Scooter Revolution as the only place to buy in Austin. 5 star rating Scooter Revolution is amazing! My scooter was acting funny and I had no clue what to do. Grady did an amazing job diagnosing the problem and fixing it in one day! I will definitely keep going back to these guys, they are experts. 5 star rating I've always been afraid of mechanics and sales people. I know there's an ulterior motive and a lot of them are trying to rip you off so they can make more money. I bought my scooter on Craigslist, but I take mine here for repairs. One time I busted a tire and walked it up there. It was fixed the same day. The mechanic is extremely personable and encourages self maintenance. If you ask he will show you what to do and how to do it. Scooter Revolution is there to help and fit right in with the attitude that is prevalent on North Loop. Good, honest people. 5 star rating Scooter Revolution is what customer service is about. Grady and Zach both do a fabulous job and go over each scooter to insure that it's working great before it gets to you. Ours has had a couple issues since purchasing it, but the warranty and free towing that comes included means exactly what it says it does. No fancy, fake words with these guys. Wouldn't buy a scooter from anyone else in Austin, and certainly not one from the internet. 5 star rating This is the scooter shop for the people... so friendly and helpful. These people really care and know what they are doing. SCOOTER REVOLUTION is the new BOMB DIGGIDDY. I had a wonderful experience at this local scoot shop, couldnt have asked for a better place to take care of my little green monster. Affordable, fast and compassionate... Thank you.EYAH! 5 star rating Definitely have the right idea. Was coming home from work when my Honda scooter's brakes started making a horrible noise, in a panic I stopped in here for the first time and their mechanic was super nice and cool and helpful and even helped me to identify the odd piece of scrap metal I picked up on the road latched onto my brakes. The knowledge, care, and passion for scooters completely won me over. These guys will definitely get my service business and if I or anyone else I know is looking for a scooter, this place will be one of the first stops and my highest recommendation. 5 star rating These are good guys that truly have their hearts in the right place. I think the underlying idea behind their shop is noble. Get people transportation without enslaving them in servitude to that transportation. They worked on my Vino 125 and it's running great. 5 star rating This is a new scooter store that has opened up on the North Loop strip. They sell new scooters and service all other types of scooters (including Vespas). My scooter needed repair recently so I took it in to them rather than take it to the way more expensive downtown dealership. They had it fixed in a day and seemed very knowledgeable. Their customer service is also far superior to my experiences with the Vespa store in town. 5 star rating If you are looking for a scooter I would recommend this place because they are friendly, will go way out of their way to help you AND great service after the sale. I bought a Vespa GTS and they know more about fixing it than the Vespa store in town, and they are waaaaay cheaper. 5 star rating I think I was one of the first people to buy a scooter from Scooter Revolution. This is a new(ish) business on the North Loop strip and I was really excited to find them. I was a bit apprehensive about venturing into the "scooter world" with so many choices and not really sure what I was looking for. But it was super easy talking to those guys. They weren't full of attitude and they offer really great deals on good, old-school scooters with a good warranty. So I found my sweet ride and I've been happy ever since. What more could you want really? 5 star rating I purchased a 1981 Honda Passport off Ebay about a year ago and have been trying to get it running on my own. I live near Scooter Revolution and decided to stop in and check it out. I spoke with Grady and sent several emails to him regarding the issues I was having with my scooter. He always responded with helpful and informational guidance. Once I realized I was at the point where I could no longer complete the repairs myself, I took it in to have it repaired. I received a call only a few hours later letting me know my scooter was ready. I was thrilled! The scooter is running great. |
