What? Not romantic enough?
 There were so many scooters around that it was hard to resist.
Most scooters I saw in Spain were very "modern" looking and similar to the E-Jewel. There are almost no older scooters.
I'd swear 1 in 3 vehicles was a scooter. Let's make Austin like that.

Almost forgot to mention all the police on scooters.

 It's great for mobility and interacting with the community.
Kinda like mounted police without all the horse poo.
